

Chocolate Chip Cookies (NoCal Sugar)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup NoCal sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat butter and NoCal sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
